Exchanges and Returns

Not satisfied with your order? We’re very sorry to hear that. Let us know what we can do to make things right. :)

You can return your product within 30 days, and we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 7 business days.

Easy Returns in 3 Steps

Step 1: Complete the return form.
(Request it by email.)

Step 2: Return your order.
Send the items, together with the completed return form, to the address stated in our Terms and Conditions and on the return form. Please make sure to include a tracking number with your parcel. As the sender, you are responsible for the full cost of return shipping.

Step 3: Receive your refund.
Once we have received proof of shipment or the returned goods, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Products classified as hygiene items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This includes underwear, personal care products, health and wellness products, medical devices, and similar items.

Failed Delivery & Returned Packages

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, failure to collect the parcel, refusal of delivery, or any other customer-related delivery issue, the customer is not automatically entitled to a refund.

The customer must provide a complete and correct delivery address so that we can arrange redelivery. Once the order has been successfully delivered, a return or refund may be requested in accordance with our standard Return Policy.

If the customer does not provide the information required for successful delivery, the order will remain pending and no automatic refund will be issued.

If a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to an error on our part, our supplier’s part, or the shipping carrier’s part, we will arrange a replacement shipment or another appropriate solution at no additional cost to the customer.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
